How To Order
STEP-1
Customer “Send Inquiry” to our company by email to support@scbudyog.com Or chabibera11@gmail.com that show details of fish you want to order through our product code & size , and quantity (see details at our price list).
STEP-2
We check fish details and send “Proforma Invoice” for approve to customer that will show all details of cost for shipment (fish cost , freight cost , packing & shipping cost) , we will send to customer within 24 to 48 Hours after receive Inquiry details.
STEP-3
Customer “Confirm Order” and “Transfer Money” by T/T to our company account. ** We work only in Advance & LC.s.
STEP-4
After our bank confirm receive money, We start prepare document for shipment, Booking space to the Airline and quarantine fish. Ready for "Health Certificate" issue. "Health Certificate" is must for Custom Clearance.
STEP-5
Send copy of all document for shipment to customer by Email or WhatsApp. And we will send conclusion invoice for show real cost for the shipment.
STEP-6
Oxygenated Packing and send fish to the Airline on flight schedule.
STEP-7
Customer send report of shipment Variety of ornamental fish you wish to place an order by specifying product Code ID of the fish from our product list or from our stock list, and the required size The required quantity (Minimum order quantity at least 6 boxes up.) – Specify the designated port you wish to have the product delivered – Specified the period for delivery – E-Mail to support@scbudyog.com or chabibera11@gmail.com When you have placed order for the fishes, we will send a Proforma invoice with a summary of your order and the total amount due.
Freight charge/ Insurance are based on the actual order on Invoice from the airline and freight forwarder which we shall not consider this charge as our profit. Minimum chargeable weight 120kg/Shipment.
Price : FOB / Kolkata, India in US dollars
Payment : Advance payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
All of the prices quote here is F.O.B from Kolkata, India Prices of every product can be changed any time without notice and will be advised in our next offer or new price list or our stock list.
*All species are packed in pressurised oxygenated double plastics bags as per requirement per box.
*The bags are packed in polystyrofoam boxes or curated paper box dim. 60x40x40 cm and each box costs $5/$3 USD.
*You can order for one box 3 kinds of tropical fish.
*You can see quantity of fish for one bag in stock list or Price list.
*All bags have labels with code and quantity of the fishes conformable with invoice.
*Water quality : pH = 7.5, Temperature: 20 to 25 degree C.
Packing Charge: $5 USD/$3 USD box
– Heat pack charge: $1.5 USD / box (if any)
– Shipping & Handling fee : $70 USD per shipment.
– Health Certificate fee : $20 USD ( if need)
— AWB charge per shipment : $15 USD
